This week I had another toga party.
And then we were out knocking and we found this wicked hearse. They didn't want the gospel but they sure we're ready to show us this.
And then last night Elder Berry and I made a blanket fort.
When I told another missionary about our adventures this week, he asked "how do you have so much fun on your mission while still getting work done?" And as I thought about it, I realized that it's really about two lessons: 1. Always be in the right place at the right time. Be out when you should be out. Be in when you should be in. Be doing what you should be doing when you should be doing it. Prioritize and then have the right attitude. And then 2. Christ tells us to be childlike, but Paul warns us against being childish. So therefore, find the balance between the two and you'll end up preaching the gospel by day and wearing togas by night. I love what I do. I love this work. The lessons are endless.
I love y'all,
Elder M. Wright
T.H.E. Mission
The rest of our pillow fort.
And then this was the hermanas way of convincing President to let us go to the zoo and NASA, which are outside of our mission. He saw them and just laughed. No-go.
