Well, this week has been a slow week. We rode around and talked to as many people as we could and only walked away with one new investigator all week. However, it was a good one.
So we were riding around on Sunday and there was this black guy walking down the street so we tried to talk to him. He kinda kept walking, but then as I asked if he knew anyone else we could go visit, he turned and began to tell us his life story. Saying things like, "Sinning is a choice! If a girl come walkin' down the street and she wearin' nothin' but a bra and a thong, a g string, it is my choice to lust!" And he's just like shouting this at us. We must have talked to this guy for like an hour. We taught him some of the plan of salvation and he was like, "You know what, God has blessed me with you young men! You are clean!" And then as we were getting ready to go, I asked him to pray for us and he just went off blessing everyone. "Whether they smoking crack, smoking weed, whate're they doin', bless they lawd and bless they families!" It was basically one of the best experiences ever. And we're seeing him again on Wednesday.
Also I would like to talk briefly about sacrifice. It is so necessary. And I've never felt that more than I have this past week. Because I found out that Mumford and Sons is coming out with a new album. But I have made a promise to myself and to my Heavenly Father that I will sacrifice it until I get home. And it's hard. I know it may sound dumb to you, but it's hard. But it's always worth it.
The end.
Love y'all.

P.S. Taco Bell told me to do it.
