On the Road Again

Howdy Friends and Neighbors,
So. I got transferred (Beaumont). Again. Man. I'm so done with packing.
Let's see. This week was nuts. I hit my face on a wall so now I look hardcore:
Our apartment complex got shot up on Saturday morning around 3:00AM and as we were running around trying to leave to go to some other elder's apartment, I tripped and slammed my face right into the corner of a wall. So that was fun.
Here's some people. This is the District.

They are one of my favorite districts I've been in. We worked so hard and grew so close together and I'm sad to be leaving them. But they will do so well. I'm so happy for them.

This is Sister Stortz.

I don't think I've ever met someone with a bigger heart. She's the relief society president, but she runs the show. I'm pretty sure she'd do anything for anyone. I'm so happy to have met her.

And this is her granddaughter, Amanda.

Who is super chill and let me sing Bleeding Love to her, cause she died her hair red and she was talking about it bleeding in the shower. Makes sense right?

Looking back at Broadway, I'm so happy I got to serve there. I learned so much and I'm so grateful for those that were involved in those learning processes. I know without a doubt that I was sent there for a reason and that it was a crucial turning point in the rest of my life. Never have I ever wanted so much better for myself. And it's been great to come to that realization.
Love y'all,
Elder M. Wright
