Howdy Friends and Neighbors,
Well this week was absolutely insane. We didn't even have time to proselyte for three days because of everything that was going on. But first off, shout out to Elder Knudsen who made a ghetto chess board out of broken spoons and tape.

I also went on exchanges in Liberty with Elder Larsen and Elder Daye, and it was tons of fun:
So the last time I was on exchanges with them, we knocked on this house and out front were some pictures of Jesus with dread-locks, and right as we were about to pick them up and examine them further, they opened the door. Well, that person ended up being a really legit investigator, and gave them the pictures, and now they're on their apartment wall.

And of course, I caught a lizard and convinced them to do this.

Good times had by all, and more to come.

So a few weeks ago, I talked about Elder Mitchell. Well, I'm talking about him again:

Aren't we just the cutest? Well the reason I have this picture is because we had MLC or Mission Leadership Council this past Tuesday. It's once a month for all the zone leaders and sister training leaders, and we have lunch at President Drake's house afterwards. Very spiritually uplifting, and I absolutely love it. But, at the end of lunch they had all the missionaries who were going home leave us with their testimony. So the last two were Hermana Bonar and Elder Mitchell, who honestly have become some of my greatest friends. Hermana Bonar bore her humble powerful testimony, and I felt her strength, and shed a tear along with her. And then Elder Mitchell stood up. Before he could even begin speaking, there were tears rolling down his cheeks and for some reason, my face just started leaking. He began his testimony, and then looked at me and that was it. We were both gone. He stopped and attempted to will himself not to cry, but all he could choke out was "I shouldn't have looked at Elder Wright." He gathered himself, avoided my gaze for the rest of his time, and bore his powerful witness that I had heard so many times, but still was so sweet and sincere. It was so amazing to me to see how even though I hear it every day, the spirit always confirms to me the truth of all of this. That this is the one and only true church that Christ himself established and that only through His priesthood power and authority can we be truly cleansed from our sins. And just as he has declared it, so will I. I know this is true.
I love y'all,
Elder M. Wright
T.H.E. Mission

I was so tired after MLC and waking up at 5:30, I fell asleep during studies and Elder Hobbs took a picture of me. That's called being the example.

Elder Daye partying too hard.

Elder Larsen becoming one with the lizard.

And Elder Edward decided that he wanted to send a picture of him holding me, home to his family.
