Good Ole' Country Time

Hello World,
This week has been one of the funnest and oddest weeks of the mission. It was full of some of the strangest service I've done. But it was definitely work.
So, for starters, we helped an old cowboy named Dickie castrate a hog.
Yes. That's just how calmly they say it here too. Here's us trying to get it in a rope so we could get it out of the cage.

Somehow I was the one that got to stick my arms through the bars, and almost got bit. After we roped it, we pulled it hard so it was stuck hanging against the cage, then tied one of its legs so when we got it out of the cage we had something to hold on to. Then, once it was out of the cage, someone had to wrestle it down. Well again, everyone stood around and I guess I'm the only one dumb enough to just go for it. So I jumped on top of the pig and wrapped my hands around its snout so it couldn't bite. Then they rolled him over and did the deed with me holding him down. Fun times.
Then I mowed a lawn/field for like 3 hours. And it was freezing cold. But after I lost feeling in my hands it wasn't so bad.
ALSO the farm we were on had puppies! Look at them!

That was only mildly ADHD.

So, The rest are just some random pictures, but I would like to share an experience with you. Yesterday, while we were partaking of the Sacrament in church, I was praying and pondering about various things including the incumbent transfers this next week, and I felt the need to look up. As I looked around at the ward I have been serving for so long, I was overcome with sincere gratitude for the time I have had here. And I was also overcome with joy for all the families and people that I love here. Whether I stay or go for the holidays, I know that the people here have my heart. And I will never forget them.
I love y'all, I miss y'all. Remember that there are so many great people out in the world. All you have to do is meet them.
Love y'all,
Elder M. Wright

P.S. Here's an adorable picture of India with Rambo

This is some of our zone. I found a horse.

And this is a picture of the goods. Cause we're stupid immature boys.
